Order Processing
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review this carefully to ensure everything is correct. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping We offer both standard and expedited shipping for domestic orders. Standard shipping typically arrives within 7 to 14 business days. Expedited shipping typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
International Shipping We ship internationally with an estimated delivery time of approximately 14 days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can occasionally cause delays outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Domestic shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and delivery location of your order. International shipping costs are determined by the destination country and package size. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes applied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate your arrival date.
