Return & Exchange Policy

At Perlei Skin we take great pride in the quality of every product we send out. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. However we are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate an exchange please contact us at perleiskin@gmail.com. If your request is approved we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item please contact us immediately at perleiskin@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and make it right for you.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used, custom or personalised items, perishable goods, and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are also non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

How Exchanges Work

Return your eligible item following our guidelines above. Once your return is received and approved you may place a new order for your desired item. We will guide you through every step of the process.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. Due to the hygiene nature of our products we only accept exchanges for eligible items that remain unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Due to the personal care nature of our products refunds are not available. If you experience any issue with your order please contact us at perleiskin@gmail.com and we will work with you to find the best resolution.
